Week 5 Term 3. Fast Machines and First Perspective

We have so much variety in our sketch subjects now that we're up to week 5.
This week some have been up close and personal with big powerful motorcycles. Look at those curves!! Brrmm Brrmm.

Meantime another group added tranquil watercolour flowers in white as part of their motorcycle class. Quite a contrast from raunchy machines. Yin and yang.

Others have been looking at the curves of architecture with precoloured pages. Such lovely random results by working what feels like back to front.

Other sketchers have been looking at the shapes of 'flat perspective.' We love this because you can always sketch a building front on and get the character of it, whether it's a barn in the bush or a monastery in Minerve. It works a treat.
