Our second floor 2 bedroom apartment at the quiet end of Kingscliff Beach, Tweed Rivers, NSW Australia, will be available for rent for 6 months. Late April to late September. 2023.
Its fully furnished so has everything you’d need.
Probably most suitable for a couple who would enjoy the cooler months (with blue days.) Perfect if you’re visiting family, or while you think about whether you’ll move to a beachside village. Maybe just a fab break away from busy city life for some quiet time.

We have good internet so you can work from home. If you must😀

You have the magnificent Kingscliff Beach beach across the road if you’re a surfer, The parklands go the full length of the beach till you reach the little township. You’ll deserve a great coffee by then.
Great for cycling. Loads of cycling tracks all round the Tweed.

11 minutes north to Coolongatta and the famous Gold Coast beaches.
Take the coast road south and stop in at all the gorgeous white sandy beaches.
40 minutes down the M1 to Bangalow and Byron Bay, plus those divine historic villages in the middle of nowhere , where we sketch.
Or check out the hinterland through the cane fields and discover Murwillumbah and waterways beyond.

Good shopping for all that you need in Kingscliff from supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, medical centres and more.
The apartment has two bedrooms. Main bedroom has it’s own balcony and both have mirrored built-in wardrobes.
Separate toilet handy to both bedrooms. Shower with bath. Separate laundry.

We have a large balcony fully across the front, which is ideal for dining outdoors or just enjoying the plants and flowers we have there.
The Gazebo and gardens at the rear of the property are there for your enjoyment. You can even sketch there as we do so often.

Parking is offstreet, outside our garage ( our storage) and plenty of street side parking always available.
