(Our tables are No8 and No9 - far over, near the front.)

TIME: 10.00am till 3.00pm (NSW time)
WHO: If you’re an Urban Sketcher or have sketched with Erin Hill Sketching before.
MAX: 12 students
LUNCH: 12.30 till 1.00pm (purchase from the cafe - beautiful choices)

COST: $85+gst pp

WHAT to BRING:
Because this Workshop is about Travel Sketching, we only need a minimal kit.
Bring the nearest you have to what’s listed below, but not the kitchen sink!
Bring a folding chair for our outdoor sketch.
Bring drinking water, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunnies, money for coffee and lunch.

A5 sketchbook or similar - smooth flat paper, 125gsm or slightly heavier is ok.
No 3 Permanent black pen
12 aquarelle pencils
12 watercolours
No 6 pointy paintbrush
Barrel sharpener
Chinagraph wax pencil
Posca Pen White - (PC-1M bullet shaped nib, Size 0.7mm)
Small waterpot
Tissues for cleaning brush - not for your tears!

PARKING:
Once you reach Fingal Road, you may find roadworks happening,
so do allow extra time if you get stopped.
As you come to the very big bend, all the way along Fingal Rd, get ready to indicate that you’ll be turning left into either of the off-street parking areas.
On the grass immediately opposite the Salt & Stone Cafe, or in the sealed area, you’ll see, slightly further along, also on the left.

ORDER OF THE DAY
In the morning we’ll learn many of the tips and techniques which help you to sketch fast when you have very little time.
After lunch we’ll do a plain air using the above techniques.
