Course: 6 Weeks. Intro to Sketching.
Dates: Tuesdays. July 15th to August 19th
Time: 10.00am till 1.00pm
Limit: 8 students max.
Cost: $420.00 per term + gst
No refunds for missed classes.
Our classes begin in Manly,
followed by sketching in and around the Shelley Beach and North Head area.
Places we’ll be sketching include Gilbert Park (buildings / trees), The Corso (architecture and people)
Manly beachfront and North Steyne (water views / boats), South Steyne (everything!), Shelley Beach (boats / beach views) and many more places you may never have realised existed.
Anybody can learn to sketch with our very clear style of tutoring -
your first sketches and beautiful watercolours are just waiting to happen!
We guide you through foundation skills of sketching and colour in a fun and supportive environment.
We teach you to sketch what you see around you in your own style.
Students meet in different locations and you’ll be advised before each class.
We explore this lovely part of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, sketching outdoor scenes of people places and views.

This is for anyone who’d love to learn to travel sketch in our 6week course.
Learn our simple step by step approach to observation, sketching and colour skills.
We use watercolour as our main medium but also watercolour pencils for when paint isn’t practical.
Often we use both mediums together for extra impact.
Different plein air subjects each week, with our friendly group.
Students say it’s very meditative and calming.
Alisa will take you through the steps to quick sketching and guide you with new ideas
and techniques for colour applications.
You’ll need our small custom Sketch Kit which pops into your bag and is ready when you need it.
