Teapots and River Water
We battle on!
Our Bangalow class was about lovely old teapots, cups, a honey pot and melting moments.
Soo enjoyable and deeply involved in putting on paint and not what was going on in the big world outside.
Sketching truly gives you a little relief from all else. We are in the moment and very happy.
I would have joined Urban Sketchers Gold Coast today but we have new restrictions and I couldn’t. So - I did a funny little sketch at Brunswick heads in my A5 sketchbook. So lovely sitting on the river bank and just being with family. ‘What are you doooing’ asks my almost 3 yr old Grandson. ‘Putting colour on the water’ I answer. ‘Can you see the sparkles on the water?’ he asks. Wow that’s very observant I thought! So I explained the big empty white space was the sparkly bit. Seemed to think that was ok.
Take a look at a few things we did this week. Very few!
