‘You-SKETCHING in Kent.
castles, gardens & English village life
2027
MONDAY JUly 12th to SUNday July 18th
You know how often you’ve looked at the many photos of others traveling in glorious places and sketching happily -
but didn’t think you would ever have the courage.
Well - I have news - from the very first day, you’ll be sketching.
Once I show you the steps we take, you’ll be right there, and seeing exactly how we do our impressions. And thoroughly enjoyed it.
And believe me, you’ll be thrilled with what you’ve achieved.
Yes you can. Don’t waste another minute.
Old England has so much to offer, and we love the old and the ancient.
Ancient doorways. A crooked thatched cottage. Flowers spilling over a stone wall.
Reflections in a moat. A little village church. A really old country pub.
Castles appearing through the trees. Oh my I could go on.
Things you’d always thought were beyond you - not a bit of it.
Each day we’ll discover somewhere new, with plenty of time to stop, sketch, wander, have a leisurely lunch and simply enjoy being there.
You’ll honestly wonder why you didn’t do this earlier.
Enjoying yourself and sketching. Wow.
You don’t need to be an experienced artist. You don’t need to produce a perfect sketch.
The more wobbly the better.
We do slow down and spend time looking and observing. There’s no hurry.
Just that real desire to learn something new and take time each day to look at the world differently while you create.
This trip is ideal for people who enjoy independent travel, want to learn to sketch and like to share experiences & conversations
with a small group of like-minded people over dinner in the evenings..
