Sketching Tour to Cuba,
Our tours are US-legal, fully escorted with everything, from the moment you land at Jose Marti Airport in Havana, to the moment you are transported back again after the tour, taken care of - including assistance with visas declarations, etc. Our accommodation is in the wonderful Casa private homes run by local families. All have a private bathroom.
Everybody can enjoy Cuba. If you love wandering and seeing what’s around every corner, or just like to sit and contemplate, we can make it happen for you.
We sketch everyday after breakfast till lunchtime, when you can take a siesta for a while, or quietly carry on. I am there to work with you at whatever level of sketching you are at, and you’ll still have plenty of time to relax.
Everyday is carefully planned so that we have time to discover, to enjoy and to sketch all at a pace that suits us.
If you are already a sketcher, we will find new ways for you to record your impressions into your sketch journal. For those keen to learn, come along and see how with my simple and progressive steps to sketching, you’ll soon find you can’t hold back!
Erin Hill has been creative all her life. She is a graphic designer who has morphed through being a childhood art award winner, studio head in advertising to fine art then becoming an unstoppable sketcher and urban sketcher with her own unique teaching system and Sketch Schools.
Today Erin is an International Sketch tutor with courses and workshops in Australia, New Zealand and Southern France. Workshops also take place in Boston and New York and by invitation.

If you are unable to bring the exact kit, do look for similar colours. The brand doesn’t matter, but keep your kit minimal so that you travel light.

If you are unsure what your payment should be in a different currency, email me on the day of payment and I’ll give you the daily exchange on US dollars, NZ dollars, British pounds, Euro etc. to Australian dollars.

Day 1. Havana. Arrival transfer and Welcome dinner 6.30pm
Day 2. Havana. Walking tour of Old Havana and visit to Community Art Projects Half day tour with our local tour leader.
Day 3. Vinales. Half day cultural scenic walk and LasTerrazas entry
Day 4. Vinales. Tobacco farm tour and Organic farm visit with meal.
Day 5. Cienfuegos. Via Bay of Pigs. Snorkling if time permitting. Sunset visit to Castillo del Valle
Day 6. Cienfuegos.Taller de la gráfica - grahic arts workshop - hand blocked designs, paper and coverings
Day 7. Trinidad. Orientation Walking tour. Salsa lesson and farm visit with time for sketching.
Day 8.Trinidad. Walk to Topes de Collantes waterfall inc transport & entrance
Day 9.Trinidad. Free day or sketch and walk together.
Day 10. Havana. Via Santa Clara and visit Che Guevara Mauseleum & Museum. Farewell Dinner.
Day 11. Havana. Depart at any time. Transfer included.
